A lakeside camp on Lake Kanasatka

Picture
This project was a 4,500 square foot redevelopment/replacement of an existing waterfront residence on Lake Kanasatka.  In 2010, the project achieved an Emerald Rating (highest rating) in the New Hampshire Home Builders Building Program and includes a high-efficiency hybrid propane and ground source heat pump heating system, local materials, SFI lumber, high performance windows, and it supersedes IRC-required insulation standards. The home is a combination of timber frame and conventionally framed elements in a rustic, Lakehouse style
