The Canterbury Shaker Village is a National Historic Landmark. The Greenwood's Restaurant (seen here) was originally a blacksmith shop/ox shed that was restored to a modern interpretation of the former building.  An award winning project.

Funding was secured through PlanNH to restore the fire damaged historic Belmont Mill (ca 1833) and transform it into a multi-use facility that houses a daycare center, senior center, office space for the Community Action Program, a healthcare clinic and a culinary school. This project has won several awards.

Once a Masonic Hall, The Effingham Town Hall (ca1856) suffered extensive water damage to the exterior and to the  interior trompe l'oeil murals.

The previously gutted Bektash Shrine Masonic Temple became corporate space for an investment firm utilizing some of the architectural pediments and pilasters in the newly designed space. An award winning project.

The intent of this award winning project was to restore a 1904 camp to its original splendor without any visible evidence of upgrading or reconfiguration.

This three-season 1920's lakeside camp was restored and renovated to include a new three bedroom addition.

Modifications to this 1790's farmhouse included combining three small rooms with two floor levels into one new dining room with fireplace, all in styles to compliment the original building.

Renovations to this  charming 1910 cottage expanded the house from 1,240SF to 3,450SF. By rotating the new wing, the owners enjoy the views of the lake without changing the feel.

The original hinged walls that open to the porches were refit with nautical block and tackle mechanisms.
